we spend significant portions of our week in the presence of our colleagues.

their voices provide us much of our worth and value as adults. often these relationships become our most significant and shape us in ways we may not even be aware of. this could be with a peer or perhaps with someone that reports to us. often it is between us and those that have been entrusted to care and lead us in our place of work.

like all of our relationships, our professional ones require care and attention and often are not given the support and relational assistance required to make them thrive.

our relationships at work have the potential to be significant beyond the work accomplished, they can change us beyond what occurs during our work week.
